Learn more about how I manage panic attack disorder, panic attacks, and anxiety. I share the things I do to keep myself able to function and live with panic lurking in the background. I lived with panic attacks, anxiety and periods of agoraphobia for over 20 years. I am now managing my mental health and here I share how I’m able to do that, in the hope that I will help others. I am not an expert, these are just the self-help techniques that I have tried and that work for me.
